In this session you will receive a full hour of Transformational Coaching. We will discuss and work together to change and align you to your most authentic self by transforming your cognitive, emotional, sensory and relational patterns. I will teach you tools and tricks to rewrite your old outdated beliefs and help you move forward to be more successful in all aspects of your life.
Transformational Coaching is a new way to look at all aspects of your life and make small but very significant changes in your life. With guidance you will get answers about your life, the things that are most important to you. How to prioritize your wants and needs. You will discover a way of figuring out what is most important to you and how to get it.
In this session of Transformational Coaching we will discuss any issues you are currently having in your life. We will be discussing all sort of subjects: relationships, career, family, health, personal development, spiritual practices, fun and recreation. Our conversation will weave in and out from all these areas. We will discuss the level of happiness in each area and track your progress growth.
I also work with clients who are seeking Spiritual Coaching. Clients who are awakening to their spiritual gift and need some guidance on how to understand what they are experiencing and learn how to use their new gifts. Awakening to new sensitivities can lead you to a place of confusion, feeling alone or misunderstood. You begin to see the world around you so differently than before. I am here to show you that you are not alone and that what you are experiencing is a normal process of awakening. I will also teach you tools, meditations and give you information that will help you understand your self and your journey better.
In all my sessions I create a safe space for each person to be who they are without any judgment or criticism.

I work with you to uncover and understand your shadow self.
How to heal your shadow:
When you have an old memory pop up and you start criticizing your self for the way you acted or how you handle the situation and how it makes you feel. That is your shadow talking. It wants you to look at the situation with love. Surrender to the knowing that past can't be changed and accept that you did the best you could with the knowledge you had.
Your shadow just wants to be loved and accepted for who it is, with all its beautiful flaws. So all you really have to do is embrace you shadow self with love and compassion and you will see how quickly you become balance and at peace.
