An 8-Week Journey of Self-Discovery, Healing & Inner Transformation
Welcome to Chakra Insight
Join Nancy Meikle-Mousseau and Maria Bustos for our signature 8-week Chakra Insight Journey, where you'll gently explore each of your seven major chakras while discovering how your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, behaviours, relationships, and life experiences are reflected within your energy system.
This course is far more than learning about chakras.
It is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
Each week you'll deepen your awareness, strengthen your intuition, release limiting patterns, and cultivate practical tools that support lasting transformation in your everyday life.
Whether you are just beginning your spiritual journey or have been walking this path for years, Chakra Insight offers a safe, welcoming space to learn, grow, reflect, and evolve alongside a supportive community.
What You'll Experience
Every Tuesday evening we gather together live on Zoom for two hours of learning, connection, and transformation.
Each class includes:
✨ A grounding meditation to help you arrive fully present
✨ An in-depth Chakra Insight teaching exploring the emotional, mental, physical, energetic and spiritual qualities of each chakra
✨ Practical tools and everyday applications to help you embody the teachings
✨ A collective Oracle Card reading offering guidance for the group
✨ Reflective journaling prompts and awareness exercises designed to deepen your personal insights
✨ Meaningful group discussion and shared wisdom within a supportive community
Throughout the program you'll also experience additional activities and transformational practices created exclusively for Chakra Insight.
